AI & SMS Consent

Trade-Worth includes AI-powered features and optional text-message (SMS) communications. Because these features handle your business data and reach your customers, they operate on an explicit, opt-in basis. This page explains what you're consenting to and how to control it.
AI features
Trade-Worth uses artificial intelligence to help you draft quotes, follow-up messages, and other content. To do this, relevant information you submit (such as a job description or price book entry) is processed by our AI providers solely to generate output for your account.
- Opt-in: AI features are enabled at your direction. You choose when to generate AI content, and nothing is sent to a customer without your review.
- Human review: AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every quote, price, and message before it is sent or relied upon.
- No public-model training: We do not permit your business data to be used to train third-party public AI models.
- Turning it off: You can choose not to use AI features at any time from your workspace.
SMS communications
Some Trade-Worth features can send text messages — for example, appointment reminders or automated follow-ups to your customers. SMS is strictly opt-in.
- Customer consent required: You must obtain each recipient's prior express consent before sending them automated or marketing text messages. You are responsible for maintaining records of that consent.
- Opt-out: Every message includes clear opt-out instructions (for example, replying STOP). Once a recipient opts out, messaging to that number stops.
- Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients.
- Compliance: You agree to use SMS features in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the TCPA and carrier requirements.
Managing your consent
You can enable or disable AI and SMS features from your workspace settings at any time. Customers can opt out of SMS directly by replying with the opt-out keyword.
