We use information to provide and improve the Service, generate AI-drafted quotes and messages at your direction, provide support, process billing, and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Data isolation

Trade-Worth is multi-tenant. Each business's data is logically isolated so that one tenant cannot access another tenant's information.

AI processing

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, AI, and payment processors) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
